Job Summary:

At Citizens Bank, we are in search of a visionary Platform Manager to build on our Cloud Networking product offering by providing a secure, standardized, and repeatable infrastructure across multiple cloud platforms. This role is key to enabling seamless connectivity between compute resources, driving innovation and efficiency across public and private clouds.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the product vision for a multi-cloud networking backbone, ensuring the delivery of a standardized and secure landing zone for compute resources.

Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for cloud networking, driving automation and repeatability.

Manage the entire product lifecycle, including the architecture and operations of a 'cookie cutter' multi-cloud network infrastructure.

Define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to enhance functionality and address any issues, ensuring any-to-any connectivity between cloud endpoints.

Collaborate with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to align our networking services with their offerings.

Stay abreast of advancements in multi-cloud networking and evaluate innovative solutions such as Aviatrix and Alkira for integration.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, providing clear direction and updates to stakeholders.

Work closely with engineering teams to advocate best practices in network design and operations, ensuring high availability and performance.

Engage with cross-functional teams to understand their cloud networking needs and incorporate feedback into the product development cycle.

Required Skills:

Profound knowledge of AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP's native cloud networking capabilities.

Experience with multi-cloud networking and familiarity with solutions like Aviatrix and Alkira.

Strong foundation in network architecture principles and the ability to manage complex, multi-cloud environments.

Proven proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.

Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in network architecture or cloud services, with a strong focus on cloud networking.

Relevant certifications in cloud networking or architecture (such as AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate, or similar).

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $ 184,080 - $ 225,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
