Description

The Commercial Operations Product Support II role will focus on activities that directly impact performance and stability of operational processes across Commercial Operations.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Driving performance through maturing metrics and management information Supporting operational readiness for change initiatives.
  • Creating and maintaining department reporting to drive business results. Work across functional lines of business to identify and lead initiatives. 
  • Providing subject matter expertise on operational processes.
  • Managing and mitigating operational risks.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Employing problem solving skills to handle exception processing items.
  • Improving client experience.
  • Enhancing colleague engagement.
  • Assisting in day-to-day operational processing.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • 3+ years project management experience
  • 5+ years banking experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau and Alteryx
  • Experience in Business processes and analytics
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F 8-5
