As the Sr Business Insights Analyst, using an automation first mindset you will provide proactive reporting to enable actionable insights. You will be responsible for parsing complex data to deliver meaningful, actionable business insights and strategic guidance to our business partnersto provide real-time insights and dashboards that support decision-making, prioritization, and criticality of work items.  You will play an instrumental role in driving business and process improvement to reduce manual tracking and heavy administrative tasks through the evaluation of various services, products, and business initiatives You will assist the leadership team by extracting and manipulating data to create quantitative analysis, reporting and presentation that visualizes the data. This role will require you to work cross -functionally to ensure information is accurately being captured and reporting goals/needs are achieved.

Primary Responsibilities Include: 

  • Identify process pain points and impacts to enable efficiencies
  • Work with business leaders to identify and understand business needs. Translate needs into requirements and deliverables. Work with technical and development partners to deliver solutions based on requirements.
  • Responsible to monitor, measure and communicate risks and opportunities associated with Town Management office activities including vendor, resource and financial management
  • Ensure accuracy of results and analytic methods through testing and validation of underlying report data. Ensure bias and data quality issues are resolved or explained when communication occurs.
  • Identify business and optimization opportunities through analysis of large, complex data sets.
  • Manage many priorities with minimal oversight. Plan and prioritize to hit deadlines in conditions that may change rapidly or involve ambiguity.
  • Provide analyses and reports to identify trends/insights and formulate recommendations that will influence business decisions. Create, synthesize, and present customized data requests, transforming data into a story that informs both high level strategy and tactical decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years professional experience in an analytical role preferably in financial services.
  • Experience with financial services regulatory actions preferred.
  • Knowledge of Automation workflows using Citizens tools is preferred. Examples are Power Automate, Power Apps, etc. to integrate with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment and to adapt while focusing on key goals and objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets.
  • Intermediate proficiency with numbers and analytics and experience in analyzing large amounts of datain Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage and develop ongoing client relationships.
  • Experience with market research, analyzing consumer behavior, pricing, or consulting.

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: M-F 8:00-5:00
