The Data Analysis & Reporting Team is seeking a highly motivated individual who would like to advance their data analytics and reporting capabilities by providing data solutions for Consumer Deposits and Loan Servicing (CDLS).  In this role, you will learn new ways of transforming data into automated solutions and how to create dynamic dashboards for business insights.  

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with colleagues in CDLS to understand their business needs and recommend solutions. 
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather feedback and share progress.  
  • Design, build, and optimize Alteryx workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Automate repetitive processes and enhance data processing efficiency.
  • Integrate data from various sources and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and implement best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Alteryx workflows or integrations.
  • Create detailed documentation for workflows and processes.
  • Use analytics technologies, systems, and software to develop data-driven recommendations that support key business decisions and goals.
  • Support Alteryx workflows and Tableau workbooks implementations in Production.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Understanding of data integration, transformation, and automation.
  • Understanding of scripting and best practices.  
  • Knowledge of databases and data visualization tools.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms.
  • Experience using data to develop insights and identify solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in data analysis, process automation, and experience using workflow solutions
  • Alteryx skills
  • Experience creating interfaces with Python and/or PowerShell

Education:

  • BS in Mathematics, Economics, Information Management, Statistics, or Computer Science

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Position will start onsite in Johnston, RI for initial training and will then transition to remote.  Will still be required to come to office occasionally for meetings.
