The Senior Marketing Partner plays a pivotal role in supporting marketing initiatives to drive engagement and deepen customer relationships within the Deposits business line at Citizens. This role oversees email campaign execution, offer management, and budget oversight, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as risk management and analytics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

•  Collaborate with Marketing Managers and Pod teams to plan, execute, and optimize email and mobile app campaigns.

• Serve as the primary liaison with email and mobile app execution teams, managing campaign intakes, creative approvals, and timelines.

• Work with risk management to ensure regulatory standards are met for all campaign materials.

• Partner with web publishing and analytics teams to manage landing pages, implement tracking URLs, and ensure accurate reporting.

• Manage the creative review process and ensure creative delivers on the strategy and campaign goals while keeping the customer experience in the forefront. 

Offer Management

• Maintain master offer spreadsheets and the Offer Management System (OMS) to track campaign execution.

• Manage fulfillment processes, approvals, and expense tracking to ensure alignment with budgets.

• Monitor campaign performance and resolve fulfillment issues in collaboration with internal teams.

Budget Management

• Oversee campaign budgets in the MRM system (Aprimo), ensuring accuracy and adherence to allocations.

• Monitor fulfillment expenses and participate in budget workshops to enhance process efficiency.

Customer Experience & User Insights

• Work with CX/UX research teams to design studies that gather insights to inform testing and campaign messaging.

Additional Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Scrum Masters on process documentation and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.

• Work with data scientists to analyze campaign performance and maintain post-test insights.

• Prepare presentation decks for bi-weekly Sprint Reviews with marketing and product teams.

• Ensure all documentation is organized and accessible for team use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, focusing on email, digital, or UX (financial services or agile experience a plus).

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including risk management, analytics, and creative execution.

• Proven ability to solve complex problems, influence stakeholders, and build strong relationships.

• Highly organized self-starter with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Enthusiasm for new marketing trends and innovative testing opportunities.

Education: 

 Bachelor’s degree required.

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F 8-5 3 days in Westwood MA office 2 days remote.
