Description
As a TS Sales Associate, you will have overall accountability to provide sales support for new and existing clients for their assigned territory / team in order to retain revenue. Primary responsibilities include preparing sales presentations, RFPs, pricing, setup forms, demos, portfolio / pricing maintenance, and provide backup support while Sales Reps are out of the office with clients. This is a position which should lead to a full sales role.
Primary responsibilities include
- Work closely with assigned Treasury solutions sales representatives to independently provide all sales support activities in order to allow the sales reps to stay focused on generating new sales opportunities.
- Create sales presentations and supporting collateral packages for sales calls in a timely fashion.
- Prepare responses to RFPs with standard questions, and assist RFP Coordinator with RFP responses for nonstandard questions. prepare pricing preformats, and work with sales reps. and pricing coordinator to manage annual pricing increases and maintenance of contracted exception pricing. process rebates/waivers according to policy.
- Attend joint calls with sales reps in order to get acquainted with clients as well as gain knowledge / experience by observing the sales rep interact with the client. Individually provide sales demos as needed. Assist clients with billing issues. Form an integral part of the client deal and Relationship team. Work to ensure that attrition is minimized within the existing portfolio.
- Proactively work with sales reps and implementation managers to move sales wins into implementation queue.
- Provide guidance within the team, and mentor junior TS Associates.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Sales Support Expertise: Proven ability to work closely with Treasury solutions sales representatives to provide comprehensive sales support activities, enabling sales reps to focus on generating new sales opportunities.
- Presentation and Collateral Creation: Skilled in creating sales presentations and supporting collateral packages for sales calls in a timely manner, ensuring the sales team is well-prepared for client engagements.
- RFP Management: Experienced in preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with standard questions and assisting the RFP Coordinator with responses to nonstandard questions. Proficient in preparing pricing preformats and managing annual pricing increases and contracted exception pricing.
- Client Interaction and Support: Adept at attending joint calls with sales reps to build client relationships and gain knowledge. Capable of providing individual sales demos and assisting clients with billing issues.
- Client Relationship Management: Integral part of the client deal and Relationship team, focused on minimizing attrition within the existing portfolio and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Implementation Coordination: Proactively collaborates with sales reps and implementation managers to transition sales wins into the implementation queue efficiently.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provides guidance within the team and mentors junior Treasury Solutions (TS) Associates, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $85k - $100k per year, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
