Wealth Analyst Summer Internship
The Citizens Wealth Analyst Summer Internship is a 10‑week immersive program that introduces you to the world of Wealth Management. You'll gain hands‑on experience across key business functions, build critical skills, and contribute to meaningful projects alongside seasoned professionals. Plus, you’ll get priority consideration for our full-time Wealth Analyst Rotational Program.

Wealth Sales Internship
In this dynamic 10‑week internship, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to the wealth management industry through work in the broker‑dealer space. You’ll learn how the business operates across strategy, operations, client services, and technology while contributing to advisor‑focused initiatives. Completion of the program opens doors to future Wealth roles, including priority consideration for our full‑time Wealth Rotational Analyst Program.

Wealth Analyst Rotational Program
The Citizens Wealth Management Rotational Analyst Program is a full-time, two‑year experience designed to develop future leaders. You'll rotate through key home office functions (like the Office of the Chief Operations Officer, Planning and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Solutions, and Wealth Support Functions, to name a few!), gaining broad exposure to the Wealth business, preparing for a meaningful career in financial services.
What you’ll do.

Research market trends and analyze competitive positioning and business performance

Support product development and investment solutions for advisors and clients

Assist with project management across key Wealth functions

Prepare presentations and reports for Wealth leadership
