Our Treasury and Balance Sheet Strategies Graduate Rotational Program offers a unique opportunity for adaptable graduate students to grow within the Treasury Department and prepare for leadership roles in banking and finance.

Treasury & Balance Sheet Strategies Graduate Rotational Program

This 18-month, full-time program offers robust onboarding, on-the-job training, critical project responsibilities, mentorship, and an opportunity to complete three 6-month rotational assignments through various Treasury teams. You'll learn the Treasury function, gain insight into the inner workings of a large financial institution, connect with senior leaders, and develop transferable skills.

What you’ll do.

  • Engage in project-based assignments that offer meaningful exposure to how a corporate Treasury department functions
  • Contribute to initiatives across funding and liquidity management, securities portfolio management, capital planning, interest rate risk management and balance sheet management
  • These assignments provide a deep understanding of how Treasury teams manage risk, optimize the balance sheet and support the bank’s strategic objectives
