Earn your Series 7, 66, and SIE licenses with dedicated paid study time while gaining hands-on wealth management experience alongside experienced advisors. You'll build valuable skills, expand your professional network, and explore a variety of career paths across Wealth Management, all while benefiting from competitive compensation and advisor revenue-sharing opportunities.
Licensing Program
- Required Licensing: SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and Life, Accident & Health Insurance
- 2 hours of daily paid study time, peer mentorship, and support throughout the licensing journey
- Kaplan study resources: licensing manuals, practice quizzes, and full-length practice exams
- Access to on-demand exam training and live online courses
- Clearly defined licensing pathway to help you earn industry credentials
Peer Mentorship Program
- You'll be paired with an experienced Investment Assistant to support onboarding, answer your questions and reinforce best practices, ensuring a smooth transition
- Peer Mentors will provide guidance, feedback, and coaching while encouraging you to utilize available resources and develop skills independently
Educational Assistance
- Our Educational Assistance Program is available to full-time colleagues after 6 months
- Funding can be applied toward CFP® coursework, professional certifications, and other career development opportunities
Training
- Hands-on experience through practice cases and paperwork exercises
- Access to learning hubs, training videos, and skills development
- Training in Wealthscape, Salesforce, Envestnet, and DocuSign
- Ongoing peer and mentor support to reinforce learnings
