Corporate Finance Summer Internship Program

In this 10-week summer internship program, you'll have the opportunity to participate in finance activities, improve your reporting and analysis skills as well as enhancing your knowledge of basic finance and accounting principles.

What you’ll do.

You'll be placed in one of the following areas for the summer:
  • Business Unit Finance (Consumer, Commercial, Enterprise)
  • Corporate Accounting
  • Treasury
  • Tax

  • Westwood, MA (20 minutes from Boston by train)

Associate Financial Analyst Development Program

In our 1 year, full-time development program, you'll have the opportunity to gain a strong understanding of the Corporate Finance Division at Citizens as well as great insight into the inner workings of a large financial institution.

  • Build a strong foundation in finance and accounting fundamentals through three immersive 4-month rotations across key business areas

2026 Associate Financial Analyst Development Program

We prioritize qualified interns from our Corporate Finance Summer Internship Program. If we have any remaining open roles, they'll be posted on our career site September 2025, or as business needs change.
