We’re looking for the next generation of talent to serve as future risk leaders – to ensure the safety and soundness of one of the nation’s largest banks. Risk Management Development Program
In this two-year program, you'll get a strong understanding of the Risk Management function at Citizens. You'll gain relevant experience by completing four 6-month rotations within various risk management functional areas, including a combination of Credit Risk, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, and Risk Modeling.

What you’ll do.
- Participate in professional development workshops (such as Agile Methodologies and Presence & Presentation)
- Develop foundational financial, credit, risk, and statistical analysis skills through a combination of classes, self-study, on-the-job training and business line rotations
- Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be placed in a full-time role within Corporate Risk
