Corporate Finance Summer Internship Program
In this 10-week Corporate Finance Summer Internship, you’ll contribute to real business priorities across Citizens’ Finance organization. You'll build skills in financial reporting, accounting principles, forecasting, analysis and storytelling while working directly with teams that help inform executive decision-making.
What you’ll do.
You'll be placed in one of the following areas for the summer:- Business Unit Finance (Consumer, Commercial, Enterprise)
- Corporate Accounting
- Tax

Your impact.
Through real-world projects and data analysis, you’ll support financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis across Citizens’ core businesses. Your work will contribute to business reviews and help inform strategic decision-making, while building a strong foundation for future roles within the organization.
Associate Financial Analyst Development Program (FACT Program)
In our 18-month, full time development program, you’ll build a strong foundation in Corporate Finance through hands-on experience across multiple teams. Through structured rotations, you’ll gain exposure to financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making, while developing a deep understanding of how a large financial institution operates.
What you’ll do.
- Build a strong foundation in Corporate Finance through three immersive 6-month rotations across key business areas, gaining experience across multiple disciplines
- Gain exposure to core functions such as Business Unit Finance, Corporate Accounting, Investor Relations, and Enterprise Strategy
- Work on initiatives that support business and enterprise-level decision-making
