Summer Internship Program

In our 10-week summer internship program, brought to you by the Center of Developing Excellence, you'll experience hands-on learning at the intersection of data and financial services. Whether your focus is data science, data analytics, or data management, you'll split your time between contributing to real world work and collaborating with fellow interns on a group project. This is more than just an internship - it's a chance to explore career paths, build meaningful connections, and make an impact through data. Plus, top performing interns get early consideration for our full-time Enterprise Data & Analytics Development Program (ED&ADP).

What you’ll do.

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Conduct hands-on text, quantitative, statistical, and operational analysis
  • Deliver personalized treatment strategies using predictive models
  • Work with data repositories to manage and investigate relevant data
  • Write and optimize queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading
  • Present contributions to leaders as a capstone exercise

Your impact.

Your work will contribute to real business decisions, helping us use data to better serve our customers and communities. Upon successful completion of the Summer Internship Program, you could land a full-time role in our Enterprise Data & Analytics Development Program (ED&ADP) or be placed directly into a full-time role on an analytics team.

Enterprise Data & Analytics Development Program (ED&ADP) 

Our 12-month rotational program builds a strong foundation in how data and analytics are leveraged to drive decision-making within a financial institution. Rotational areas may include: Business Banking Relationship Analytics, Marketing Optimization, Fraud AI/ML, Deposit Analytics, Universal Modeling, Targeting & Forecasting, Data Management, and more.

What you’ll do.

  • Develop an understanding of our data environments and analytic tools through workshops and real-world projects
  • Gain hands-on experience within a range of areas including: decisioning analytics, execution, targeting, segmentation, customer experience, analytics engineering, modeling, and more
  • Strengthen verbal, written, and technical communication skills under the guidance of experienced mentors, enhancing your ability to collaborate with business partners from various backgrounds

2026 Summer Internship Program

Round 1 Hiring:

  • Applications open: September 2025
  • Team interview with two colleagues: October – November 2025
  • Offers extended: By mid-November 2025

Round 2 Hiring:

  • Applications open: January 2026
  • Team interview with two colleagues: March 2026
  • Offers extended: By mid-March 2026

Offers for our full-time program will be made to top performing interns: August – September 2026.

We prioritize our interns for our open Enterprise Data & Analytics Development Program (ED&ADP) roles. If we have remaining open roles, they’ll be posted on our career site in late September 2026, or as business needs change.
