The role of Wealth Management – Wealth Operations Specialist provides candidates with an introduction into the world of Investment Products via the delivery of world class customer service in our Contact Center. Candidates will be part of an integrated Investment Operations workforce and collaborate with departments responsible for opening/maintaining brokerage accounts, performing trades for equity/fixed income/mutual fund clients and assisting clients with money movements. Candidates will also participate in actions to efficiently carry out day-to-day operations by assisting internal clients including, but not limited to, Financial Advisors, Sales Assistants, Risk-Management and Compliance. 

Job Requirements:

Field a variety of incoming customer calls with a passion to deliver high quality solutions for our customers. Identify opportunities to help customers grow their assets by connecting them with a Financial Advisor to review their financial needs and goals. Gain deeper knowledge and understanding of Wealth Management Investment products (Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Annuities) to handle customer inquiries with increasing complexity. 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to be successful and adapt to a fast-paced, multi-dimensional work environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Goal oriented professional with an interest Wealth Management and Investment Product 
  • Exceptional time management skills 
  • Detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency 
  • Ability to learn and understand various Computer Based systems – Salesforce, Mainframe, etc. 
  • Securities Licenses are not a requirement, but SIE, Series 7 or Series 63 licensed professionals are encouraged to apply 

Hours & Work Schedule:

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F
