Work-Life Balance

Our work-life balance, which encourages taking some of the work out of life, allows colleagues to be more effective and make a lasting impact as they challenge themselves each day, in and out of the office.

We offer remote working options for some colleagues, depending on the role. Citizens is also very generous with their Paid Time Off (PTO) and encourages colleagues to take their vacation days. We also believe that a balanced and rewarding life should include involvement in the community. Colleagues are urged to take advantage of the many work-sponsored volunteer opportunities, both one-time and ongoing, offered through the Citizens Bank Giving Portal and log their hours spent volunteering.

Office Environments 

As a large regional bank, Citizens Bank has retail operations across 13 states, predominantly located in the Northeast and tri-state areas, and is headquartered in Providence, RI. We have call centers in Pittsburgh, PA and Cranston, RI, corporate offices in Rhode Island and Dedham, MA and commercial banking offices in Boston.

Citizens Bank is also constructing a brand new campus in Johnston, RI, expected to open in 2018. The facility will house over 3,000 and presents colleagues the unique opportunity to collaborate in an interactive and innovative environment. The new campus is expected to have a fitness center and sports fields, so colleagues can maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, as well as scenic walking trails for colleagues to enjoy the serene, natural surroundings.  Read more about the new Johnston, RI campus.
