Over the past 18 months, we’ve been challenged to find new ways to learn, work and interact with one another. But we’re happy to report that we’re returning to more familiar routines and building new ones. Our branches and office locations are open. As of June 1, colleagues are coming in regularly (1 day/week).

FAQs

Q: How do interviews take place? 
A: As of June 1, we have resumed in-person interviews at our branches and office locations. Members of the Recruiting team will remind all candidates that, if they are sick they should stay home. We will work with candidates to reschedule their interview.

Visitors to our branches and locations will need to follow any mask and/or social distancing guidelines we have in place, at the time.

Q: What are the health and safety requirements for colleagues working in a branch or office?
A: Our priority is always the health and safety of our colleagues and customers. At this time, we are requiring branch colleagues to wear masks in public facing areas regardless of their vaccination status. In our branch locations we are recommending that our customers wear masks as well. We are watching state and local mandates and will adhere to those requirements.

Q: Are colleagues required to be vaccinated against COVID-19?
A: We are not requiring colleagues to be vaccinated, at this time. However, non-vaccinated colleagues are required to practice physical distancing and wear masks at all bank locations. We will continue to manage the evolution of our health and safety protocols based on data.

Q: When are colleagues returning to the office?
A: Our branch and some essential office colleagues have been onsite throughout the pandemic with additional safety protocols in place. In June, colleagues began returning to the office 1 day/week. Candidates are encouraged to speak with the hiring manager during the interview about flexible work arrangements, including in-office days.

While on premises, colleagues will follow our health and safety requirements which are based on CDC guidelines.

Q: Are colleagues required to wear face coverings when working in the office?
A: Yes, masks are required to be worn when moving about indoors regardless of vaccination status.

  • Vaccinated colleagues may remove their masks at a desk, in an office or conference room with no social distancing if they choose to do so.
  • Unvaccinated colleagues need to wear a mask anytime they are unable to maintain a physical distance of 6 feet.

Q: How are you supporting colleagues through the pandemic?
A: We expanded our benefits to support to help our colleagues and their families. Colleagues have access to resources, including complimentary counseling sessions, support finding childcare, flexible work arrangements, senior care management, resiliency tools and more.

Q: Will colleagues have access to cleaning supplies?
A: Yes. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available in all work areas.
