Clarfeld Citizens Private Wealth Business Support/Data Analyst is responsible for:

• The maintenance of investment portfolio data housed in the two portfolio accounting platforms (Innotrust and Black Diamond). 
• The production of reporting to support the business including asset reporting and all required reporting supplied to regulators (OCC and SEC).
• Providing easy to use end user reporting solutions for users to run reports autonomously
• Developing best practices and procedures to generate reports
• Analyzing and researching data within the reports to respond to inquiries and determine trends
• Working with client facing advisors on client specific analysis or client inquiries
• Business analysis for projects to improve processes and gain efficiencies
• Project management
• Carry out all other duties assigned

Qualifications

 Bachelors Degree required

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role or a bachelor’s degree in Finance
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio and Power Point) Advanced knowledge of Excel, Pivot Tables, Vlook-ups.  Access Database development is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Passion for data integrity and extensive attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform responsibilities accurately and independently in a fast paced multitask environment
• Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to execute with minimal direction
• Ability to collaborate and work well with various teams and resolve issues and problems

Preferred

• Experience using Black Diamond
• MBA, CFA or CPA a plus

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: M-F
