CCPW Family Office Senior Administrator

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Directly interact with client and manage client relationships
• Standard bill pay and account reconciliation, managed primarily through QuickBooks, including categorization of credit card charges
• Ad hoc concierge services, including
  • Overall family budgeting and project specific budgeting
  • Preparation of customized P&L reports
  • Disputes with credit card companies or other vendors
  • Coordination of projects with 3^rd party vendors
  • Review of various insurance quotes and policies
  • Gift or capital call funding
  • Assistance with large purchases or sales
  • Various medical related applications
• Work daily with department assistants, who provide day to day support on all clients
• Work directly with colleagues in other practice areas, e.g., tax, investments
• Assistance with special projects
• Review client billing and prepare client invoices
• Liaise with personal or executive assistants
• Work with 3^rd party payroll services for household or other employee payroll matters
• Assist in the interview process for new hires, when applicable

Qualifications

Must possess experience servicing affluent and sophisticated client base.

Strong math and computer skills to include, but not limited to QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook and online banking and payment system with numerous vendors. 

Education/Training/Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree is required. 

Minimum of 5 years of prior accounts payable/bookkeeping experience.

Must possess and display excellent organizational and communication skills.
