Who You’ll Work With:

•             Work customer requests submitted by internal departments (i.e., Contact Center, Collections, Branches, Delivery Solutions) to resolve customer (and third party) issues through multiple systems

•             You will be working with leaders/colleagues to identify and implement best practices to improve productivity and deliver outstanding service to our customers

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

· 2 - 4 years experience of working in an operations environment

· Basic knowledge of accounting; i.e. how the correction will affect an account

· Strong ability to multi-task & strong organizational skills

· Strong written/verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills/Experience:

· Financial services experience

· Strong compliance/regulatory environment knowledge/skills

Education: Associate's Degree preferred

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per week: 40

Work Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
