Commercial Card Client Service Specialist

Description

As a successful member of the Commercial Credit Card Services team you will be asked to meet and exceed department service and quality standards, while maintaining consistent levels of communication with external customers and colleagues regarding account information. You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Serve Commercial Card Services customers by taking telephone calls inquiries and research.  
  • Serve Commercial Card Services customers by taking telephone calls inquiries and research.  
  • Serve Commercial Card Services customers by taking telephone calls inquiries and research.  
  • Provide product/service information by answering questions & offering assistance through telephone calls 
  • Independently service both internal and external customers on a wide variety of cards products, services and technical issues through telephone. . 
  • Research problems and provide customer with resolution within established timeframes. 
  • Proactively advise management of impending problems or obstacles to meeting service standards. 
  • Opportunities to help customers bank better by recommending products and services that meet their banking needs
  • Maintain compliance with all banking requirements. 

Qualifications

Qualifications

Candidates must possess excellent verbal/written, time management and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be goal driven with a desire to productivity goals; including meeting day to day business needs, with problem solving skills/ability to negotiate through difficult situations.

  • 1+ Years of exceptional customer service and/or sales experience-Required. Banking experienced preferred
  • Positive and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced work environment
  • Computer proficiency and acumen
  • Self motivated attitude with a desire to succeed
  • Strong listening and problem solving abilities, persistent enthusiasm when interacting with customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal oriented professionals with an interest in strengthening their banking knowledge
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to sit for long periods answering customer calls - required
  • Computer proficiency- required 

Education/Requirements
High School or GED Equivalent-required

Hours and Schedule:
Hours: 40
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 6:00AM to 2:30PM
