Description
As a Client Services Facilitator, you will be responsible for the delivery of training programs for roles within Client Services. 70% of your time will be conducting classroom training, while 30% will be occupied with class preparation and special projects including new hired support, and problem solving sessions.
The successful candidate will combine a world class training experience to new and existing colleagues.
Partner with business lines to assess post-training development needs for colleagues and provide feedback to management regarding classroom observations, and colleague feedback. This also includes:
- Serve as a knowledgeable and impactful leader in the market for training and be responsible for the delivery of up-to-date course content and performance trends.
- Acts as an ambassador of the Development team, sharing resource information, answering questions, nesting, and fostering a learning culture throughout the organization by encouraging and promoting development activities.
- Through observation and interaction, the role maintains a strong knowledge and understanding of the branch behaviors and skills that drive business results.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end Cash Management, commercial card, business card processes and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Ability to deliver an engaging Group during presentations and interactive experience in both the classroom and virtual environment
- Experience with colleague development
- Ability to effectively coach, has High Energy
- Excellent written skills, strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end Cash Management, commercial card, business card processes and regulatory requirements
Hours and work schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
