Finance Sr Director – Treasury Solutions

Responsibilities: 

• This critical Finance Sr Director position reports directly to the Commercial Banking CFO and has a dotted line reporting relationship to the Head of Treasury Solutions.  As a trusted advisor to the business, the incumbent provides strategic financial leadership and support to the Treasury Solutions team and its key product segments including Cash Management, Commercial Cards, Trade Finance, Merchant Services and Liquidity (Deposit) Management.
• The Finance Sr Director provides management reporting, business analytics, and financial guidance to support budgeting, forecasting, specific business and product line performance and balance sheet / liquidity management, and improved growth and profitability initiative management largely through the Citizens BSO and TOP programs.  This role coordinates financial processes across the Finance organization and with other key partners supporting the business to deliver seamless integration in financial reporting and analysis activities, including client level profitability analysis to facilitate business decisions. The role works alongside the business to deliver improvement ideas and enhanced analysis and reporting to better assist in key decision making.
• In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual provides guidance on the development of key performance indicators, participates in goal setting activities for the business, provides financial advice on the development of strategic and operating plans for the business, and is regularly engaged in cross-Commercial projects. This person manages an experienced team supporting the business and is responsible for their development and performance management.
• The position will be a core member of the Treasury Solutions senior leadership team, partnering internally with key Treasury Solutions product/sales business heads, in addition to wider commercial/enterprise stakeholders, to facilitate the business in meeting its critical financial and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• 12-15 years of total work experience with 3-5 years of management experience preferred.

Education, Certifications, Other Professional Credentials: 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MBA or CFA preferred. Industry specific experience required.
