Description

This position will provide high level personalized support to the Business Banking sales team members.

Complete several aspects of servicing for business portfolio customers that will elevate the customers experience with the intent to retain and grow existing portfolios

Responsible for all aspects of audit controls as they provide service to customers, as well as maintaining internal records for portfolios

Experience handling customer service needs as well as a clear understanding of business customer needs and products

Experience in Salesforce.com experience is a plus as this is the primary tool used by Business Banking sales along with AFS, which is the loan servicing system for business loans.

Required:

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers in a mature and professional manner; ability to understand complicated customer transactions, diagnose customer problems and determine appropriate solutions
  • Solid understanding of computers as well as Excel and Word programs

Qualifications

Required:

  • Solid understanding of computers as well as Excel and Word programs

Preferred:

  • 3 years customer service experience handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Continuously build customer relationships over the telephone through consistent follow up to problem resolution
  • Work with several partners to resolve problems, verify sales data and deepen partner relationships through collaborative problem resolution
  • Must be able to follow detailed set procedures to ensure the highest standards for audit and risk purposes
  • Preferred skills and understanding of business products to assist sales in providing customers with a positive experience
  • Preferred understanding of the flow of a business loan moving through the underwriting process from submission to closing
  • Basic understanding of key federal regulations and laws that impact business customers
  • High School or GED required
  • Associate's degree preferred

Hours and Work Schedule:

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
