Description
The successful candidate will be a member of the Subpoena Summons Processing Team within the Citizens Bank Legal Department. This group responds to legal requests (subpoena’s, summons, search warrants, etc.) for customer account records and information. In support of the team, the Workflow Specialist inputs and assigns incoming requests, processes mail and incoming payments, handles incoming calls, completes various administrative tasks, and assists case processors when necessary. This position will report to the Subpoena Processing Manager who reports to the Litigation Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process incoming legal requests by inputting into the proprietary system and assigning cases in accordance with legal due dates.
- Process incoming mail and associated payments
- Answering incoming calls
- Maintaining reports
- Various administrative tasks
- Participate in ad hoc projects
Necessary Qualifications and Skillset:
- Able to work independently, take ownership of time sensitive processes, plan and prioritize daily responsibilities
- Solid organization and time management skills
- Demonstrate professional written and verbal skills
- Proficiency with MS-365
- A strict adherence to confidentiality
- Familiarity with legal documentation and legal process is beneficial, though not required
- Experience with financial services industry preferred
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00
