Senior IT Security Professional – IAM Integrations Coordinator

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Integrations Coordinator is a member of the IAM department.  IAM resides within the Corporate Security & Resilience (CS&R) organization and provides subject matter expertise and associated security services to the business division(s) across the enterprise.  

This position will provide coordination of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes across all IAM Integration areas.  With testing being a crucial part of the SDLC, this role will heavily support the coordination of testing across all aspects of the IAM department and is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in testing best practices along with maintenance of test scripts and procedures for testing as well as being able to execute tests and coordinate the best resources to complete testing.

Primary responsibilities include: 

  • Coordination of SDLC processes across the IAM organization as it relates to the IAM systems and their integrations across the organization

  • Coordination of testing processes across all areas in the IAM organization and their integration across the organization

  • Plan management and prioritization of testing exercises

  • Maintenance of test cases across all areas of integration in the IAM systems

  • Ensuring quality of the delivered product through testing and help in the coordination of defect resolution.

  • Rapidly assimilating issues across a broad range of business and technology requirements and driving resolution

  • Understanding of the businesses supported by the IAM group and the impacts of new technologies and systems 

Location is not a barrier for this role and while our preference would be to have a chosen candidate with onsite capabilities in one of our corporate headquarters – we are open to remote employment within the United States for an experienced candidate.


Required Skills/Experience: 

  • 5 or more years of professional experience, preferably in a financial services environment

  • 5 or more years of experience  as a software testing engineer, preferably in a large corporate environment

  • Experience in test case creation and management of test cases using tools such as HP ALM (Quality Center)

  • Well versed in DevOps tools such Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence

  • Working testing experience with Identity and Access Governance tools such as SailPoint IIQ, Oracle OIM Suite, IBM Tivoli or other areas of Identity and Access Management

  • Proven ability to meet deliverables within established timelines

  • Proven service and delivery capability / focus

  • Proven experience with highly complex risk issues in a technology environment and appropriate mitigation strategies.

  • Ability to manage complex activities simultaneously to short timescales

  • Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement

  • Knowledgeable on the regulatory requirements that impact the business lines that TSA supports (i.e. GLBA, SOX, PCI) 

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience 

Hours & Work Schedule 

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
