Description
Citizens is seeking a strong and motivated candidate to join the Regulatory Relations function of the Legal Department as a Business Support Manager. Regulatory Relations provides strategic and tactical management of regulatory agency relationships. Responsibilities include supporting the regulatory relations team and the Head of Regulatory Relations. This position requires an effective communicator, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across Citizens and with our primary regulators.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serves as a key contact for examiners needs
- Support exam management and SharePoint administration
- Manage examiner logistics
- Support and assist in creating management reports
- Work across internal divisions and external stakeholders
- Manage legal projects as needed
- Timely document transmission to our primary regulators
- Assist in scheduling regulatory meetings
- Able to learn systems and applications quickly; proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Visio and SharePoint
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a large commercial bank and/or regulatory agency
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong aptitude with various technology platforms
- Advanced skills in creating presentations including the ability to represent content concisely through charts and graphics
- Project management experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
