Clarfeld presently manages and advises on over $17 Billion in assets; offering a wide scope of services, expertise and research, while intimately focusing on each client’s unique circumstances.The CCPW Retirement and Custody Services Associate are responsible for client relationship management for the various retirement and custody services offered by Citizens Clarfeld Private Wealth (CCPW). They serve as experts who engage with clients directly as part of the service team at CCPW. The relationships they establish with clients are a key part of our service model and client satisfaction effort. They are responsible to process account transactions, ensure compliance with ERISA and other regulatory requirements, and maintain effective dual controls and other processing governance procedures. Retirement and Custody Services Associates also work with Retirement and Custody Services Relationship Managers to consider new business opportunities and interface with other colleagues in CCPW and across the bank to maintain effective communications as part of broader client relationships that are oftentimes the case for Retirement and Custody Services clients.
The PWM Retirement and Custody Services Associate is a key part of the relationship management team at CCPW. They are directly engaged with clients' teams to ensure the proper setup and administration of accounts. They are a primary resource for clients on matters regarding plan participant payment management, custody and safekeeping agreement requirements, statements and other client portal activities, and fee collection.
The PWM Retirement and Custody Services Associate are responsible for providing knowledgeable and high touch service to client firms. They are responsible to ensure client satisfaction and maintain accurate processing of all client transactions. As a key part of the client service team at CCPW, they are essential to our provision of completely satisfying client experience.
Ensure account statements meet client needs and effective fee collection is maintained. Requires familiarity with operating system, eligible statement types, and various fee collection options (direct debit, invoice, periodicity, etc.)
Acts as a conduit within the firm by referring and receiving referral opportunities from existing clients and passing them on to Retirement and Custody Services Relationship Managers.
Maintain compliance with all legal, regulatory, and governance functions. Expectations are for no significant findings in internal audit, regulatory exam, and risk reviews.
Demonstrated experience in retirement and custody services including investment and trust concepts
Experience working with institutional clients
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent client service and communication skills
Demonstrated competence with data systems, processing routines, governance, and reconciliations
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: M-F
