Description

The Head of Reward Operations partners with leaders and human resources to develop, implement, and administer compensation programs. Ensuring that compensation programs support the organization's strategic objectives and meet all legal requirements. This role will provide overall direction for job evaluations, salary surveys, analytical reports, HRIS data maintenance, and other compensation related activities.

In this role, he/she will lead a team who conduct analyses of compensation data, model financial and organizational impact of programs, and assist in the translation of business strategies to effective compensation programs.  The Head of Reward Operations will work to build strong working partnerships with other HR teams, the financial department, business departments and senior management to ensure the effective implementation of compensation policies.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 10+ years of experience in an analytical role preferably financial service
  • Must be well organized, detail oriented and confident to work independently as well as a strong team player
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
  • Familiarity and some experience with HRIS/payroll software

Education, Certification and/or Other Professional Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
