Description

As a member of the CARD support team within Collection, the colleague will be tasked with procedures to ensure accurate transaction processing from the inbound teams.   Transactions will include maintenance on credit card product pertaining to the following catagories
    Ceased and Desist
    ID theft maintenance 
    Settlement reconciliation 
    Investigation of adjustments
    Vendor and customer calls
Colleague will develop and monitor work flows to improve efficiencies.  Colleague will communicate directly with internal stakeholders, collections agents, and will perform moderately complex research for customer issues and follow through to resolution in an efficient manner and time frame.  

This role performs routine research and review of data and/or documentation which includes customer data.  Position requires reviews, updates and writes departmental procedures and training guides, and assists manager with high level research and special projects as requested, and performs validation of peer work as necessary.  

The role requires excellent time management skills, follow up responsibility and ability to multi task in a very fast paced environment.  The candidate must be a motivated, proactive self-starter who responds positively to requests and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.  The incumbent must also demonstrate problem solving, research and analytical abilities and be proficient in PC skills and MS office

  • 1 year of Banking experience
  • 1 year of collections strategy

Education:

High School Diploma Required
