Description

As a successful member of the Collections and Recovery team you will be asked to have meaningful conversations with customers that find themselves currently struggling with their banking relationship, they have with us. Bring your skills and expertise to our team. Our Collections Recovery colleagues have the support and training needed to grow their careers and making a lasting impact.

  • Empowerment to provide one call resolution with customers to find mutually beneficial arrangements to bring resolution to delinquent loans.
  • A collaborative team environment where colleagues work together to resolve complex customer issues
  • Conducting in-depth reviews of customer’s accounts and contact information. Probing for additional information as necessary.
  • Manual and systemic dialing, Skip Tracing, partnering with multiple vendors to accomplish overall account resolution  
  • Consistently and proficiently negotiate payments on accounts within late stages of delinquency within the line of business.
  • Identify and communicate ideas for process improvement working with management to identify a solution.
  • Using multiple systems of records, including software involving Excel, Dialer Grid
  • Be flexible to react and/or implement chance initiatives
  • Implement and deliver the business plans and targets
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Adhere to all policy and compliance guidelines regarding the security of customer information. Including Citizens, local, state, and federal law
  • Maintaining compliance with all banking requirements
  • Self-worker, overall guidelines and training will be provided but decisions for each customer are to be made with mindful decisions that are mutually beneficial to both our customer and the Bank.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ Year of Customer Service Experience/Collections experience
  • Excellent phone communication, listening, persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Positive and customer-focused mindset
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Analytical thinking and ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgement with limited guidance
  • Able to prioritize and manage daily workload
  • Proven ability working in a team atmosphere; in a fast paced, fun environment
  • Computer proficiency and acumen
  • Self-motivated attitude with a desire to succeed
  • Commitment to your daily shift

Education:

High school or Equivalent required

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Hours- M-F  8am-5pm
