As the Change Management Lead to implement the Talent Marketplace Platform, you will have the opportunity to work with the cross functional agile team to influence and have significant impact as we create a distinctive colleague experience, prepare our leaders and colleagues for the future of work and implement the talent marketplace solution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the change management, training, and communications workstream for activating and preparing the enterprise and implementing the talent marketplace solution.
- Develop a distinctive change management roadmap that prepares the organization for the future of talent and enables the talent marketplace solution.
- Determine the enterprise, manager, and colleague change needs (people, process, and policies) and identify gaps.
- Determine appropriate metrics and measures of progress, reinforce behaviors, and adjust to improve results.
- Drive key stakeholder relationships: design facilitation approaches to engage variety of stakeholders and end users from implementation through maintenance and sustainment.
- Develop compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables for Business and Talent leaders
- Collaborate with internal partners to create and ensure connections in our overall culture / talent strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience leading significant change management engagements with successful outcomes.
- Experience in leading cross-functional agile team and ability build strong peer relationships
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (stakeholder engagement, facilitating focus groups/workshops, and executing organizational change plans)
- Strong PowerPoint skills; Ability to create simple stories around complex topics and appeal to the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding written, visual and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability make timely, informed decisions that consider data, goals, constraints, and risks from multiple perspectives
- Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and able to thrive in a dynamic, complex, and ambiguous environment; Agile mindset and ability to pivot and respond to the unexpected
- Use data and feedback to generate creative, advanced, and highly valued solutions using a human centered design approach
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
