Description

The primary responsibility for the Administrative Assistant position will be assisting and communicating with management, underwriters and colleagues. In addition, this position will include data entry, running reports, tracking data and other duties assigned by management as needed. This candidate must be detail oriented. Must have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Primary responsibilities include:

   Run 3rd Party Vendor Reports

   Track and trend all underwriting reports to determine accuracy

   Monitor Pre-Purchase/ Post Purchase reports and report data to mgmt

   Assign scenario questions to Pre-Purchase Reviewers

Data Entry in customer admin for Pre-Purchase/ Post Purchase

   Schedule and Track team meetings

   Communicate with Managers, Colleagues and customers

   Follow up and track notices sent to lenders on Post Purchase loan issues

   Other duties as reasonably assigned

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with all levels, both internally and externally.

  • Ability to work outside normal business hours, if needed.

  • Professional dress and demeanor.

  • Organized with keen attention to detail.

  • Customer service driven

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40 (overtime as needed)

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday
