This role is a flex rotating position requires multi-tasking and ability to provide support and/or backup in all aspects to staff.  Performs advanced clerical operations task of high volume, time-sensitive of incoming and outgoing mail, routine and repetitive tasks requiring intermediate research and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.  Accurately receives, sort, stamp mail of various types, weights and sizes and deliver those packages to various internal departments utilizing internal mail code system.  Process postage and insertion for US Mail on Pitney Bowes mailing machine.  Provide customer service for internal and/or external customers.  Performs mail courier services duties, transporting mail to and from the USPS.  Ensures department service levels are met and adheres to regulations, ensures compliance to departmental policies, risk avoidance standards.  Cross train and assume additional responsibilities as requested by management.  

• Interpersonal and customer service, phone and office skills required
• Experience with financial services industry and banking operations preferred
• Knowledge of proprietary applications and systems preferred
• Moderate proficiency with MS365
• Clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for 4 – 5 hours at a time
• High School or Equivalent required

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: 8am – 5pm
