Fraud Operations Sr Specialist position performs moderately complex analytical review of data and/or documentation which may include customer data and/or review for fraud/risk activities.  This position requires the application of various complex methods, procedures, and knowledge of the business unit’s product(s) and system application(s).  Ability to learn all processes within Identity Theft.  The Fraud Operations Sr Specialist must ensure compliance with department Service Level Agreements, policies, procedures, regulatory and risk requirements.  This role will include interaction with external customers, department colleagues, and business partners with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.  May perform other duties as assigned related to ID Theft, operational issues, and will need to manage competing priorities in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Strong organizational, analytical and technical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • ID Theft knowledge and experience a plus
  • Proficiency in PC skills and MS Office
  • Solid written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task and to function efficiently in a high volume, fast paced deadline oriented environment
  • 3+ years required, Professional experience in analysis, Financial services industry or business line experience preferred

Hours and Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10:00AM-6:30PM Tuesday and Wednesday off
