This role will be critical to our strategy, and will be responsible for building digital experiences(s) to deepen engagement and loyalty with our franchise.

The Digital eCommerce Point of Sales Experience Owner is responsible for developing a differentiated, world class, digital shopping and sales experience. This position is responsible for the strategy and execution of driving transformation and innovation in our digital shopping and sales processes to support our aggressive digital sales plan.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with a number of internal groups to gather requirements and build digital experiences that are best in class
  • Research competitive offerings and digital experiences to benchmark new builds, while continuously monitoring competitive activity and reacting to online trends
  • Creating and optimizing the digital shopping and application experience
  • Organization of and prioritization of digital backlog, while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive requirements through to implementation
  • Creating and maintaining digital sales strategy roadmap and forecast
  • Analyzing, forecasting, and reporting on digital activity and sales funnel data
  • Leading large projects designed to provide an optimal digital acquisition experience, leveraging digital best practices
  • Monitoring and managing risk associated with online processes and procedures
  • Utilizing market knowledge and trends to inform design and strategy
  • Executing on deliverables
  • Deliver on tactical day to day requests


Required Skills/Experience:
  • 7-10 years experience in eCommerce and/or as a Digital Experience Owner
  • Experience with annual sales planning, forecasting, and competitive bench-marking
  • Digital backlog management and strong organizational skills for requirements gathering
  • Financial industry experience
  • Strong leadership and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in the digital space
  • Web analytics, user experience and optimization experience
  • Ability to effectively solve problems, present solutions and resolve conflicts
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative, analytical, and  initiative, along with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work on competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Experience with Point of Sale Financing
  • Experience creating, analyzing and delivering sales funnel performance reports
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Potential flexibility for working remote 1 or 2 days weekly
