The CIS Sr. Managed Money Product Manager is responsible for supporting multiple products and groups within the Managed Money area at Citizens Wealth Management.  The position will involve aspects of product development, maintenance and design enhancement.  Categories including; new product launches, existing product re-positioning, competitive analysis and marketplace positioning, communication of investment strategy and training presentations.  Participate in approved product committee meetings with senior management to present new products and review existing products as well as providing product analysis and trends of industry peers.  Work closely with Compliance, Risk and Operations to assist with updating processes, improving risk controls and ensuring regulatory adherence.

Serves as an expert source for Managed Money product lines across Citizens Securities Inc. Seeking opportunities to actively promote products and drive sales.  Participate in weekly Product Team calls to discuss sale’s ideas, best practices and highlight success stories in the field.  Responsible for relationship management with vendors while performing due diligence and oversight of partners and the products that the firm offers to clients.

Qualifications

  • Work with vendors to discuss product opportunity and research the industry to find new product offerings that would be beneficial to clients.  
  • Involved from start to finish in the early stage discussion of new products to the launch and support of the product.
  • Perform due diligence on products lines, create sales reports and sales flow analysis to track success of various products and business lines. 
  • Possess a broad array of knowledge across multiple platforms not limited to: managed account fee based platforms, SMA, Wrap and Custom Models. 
  • This includes ensuring we have the right products, fee schedules, technology, investment managers and risk model around the platforms.
  • Ability to manage a team that includes a product manager and wholesaling team.  
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
  • 5-7+ years financial services experience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • 5+ years’ experience in end to end product management
  • Excellent relationship building and partnering skills
  • FINRA Series 7, 63 & 65/66 licenses

Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week:   40
Work Schedule:    Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
