Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Process Automation Sr. Developer for its Johnston, RI location.

Duties: Writes automations that leverage Robotics Process Automation technologies. Actively involved in building business use-cases and working with teams to create and act on Blue Prism automation opportunities. Determines hardware and software system requirements and solution development based on business requirements. Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, supports, and modifies software enhancements and new products used in local, networked, and Internet-related computer programs. Partners with the IT Architects and Sr. BSAs during the initial project stages to ensure the accuracy of business cases and that solutions will meet business needs. Adheres to established Agile lifecycle methodologies and practices. Performs automation and automation document maintenance, including program libraries, installation documentation, procedures, and technical documentation of individual applications.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field followed by three (3) years of experience in the role or in a related position. Full term of experience must include: Automating business processes using robotics process automation tools, including UiPath, to deliver value and process optimization to business stakeholders; Implementing the full life cycle of RPA solutions, including identifying automation opportunities, gathering requirements, implementing, testing, and deploying targeted automation solutions using UiPath software; Identifying automatable processes for process assessments and robotic factor calculation; Building reusable components and libraries using UiPath; Scripting and coding in C#.net, Python, PowerShell, SQL and VB.net to resolve automation issues; Creating PDD (Process Definition Documents), SDD (Solution Design Documents) and Test Scripts for automation workflows using Task Mining and Microsoft Visio; Ensuring process quality and completeness through unit and integration testing; Monitoring and maintaining automations post-implementation, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth business operations using UiPath Orchestrator and UiPath Studio; Using Agile methodologies, including SCRUM, to ensure efficient development, integration, and adoption of RPA processes; Utilizing RPA discovery phase, POC Approach, and process assessment to determine automation complexity; and Leveraging the software delivery lifecycle on RPA projects, including process mapping, business requirement, functional and technical specification, and coding.
