Why did you choose the CBDP?
Citizens’ Commercial Banker Development Program is an amazing learning opportunity for me since I graduated from BC with a liberal arts background. I’ve always been interested in finance and really enjoyed the business classes I was able to take at BC, so I’m very excited to have a full year of in-depth training ahead. I also had a great experience as a summer intern at the bank last year and am excited to be back full-time.

I would love to work for a travel guide company and review resorts and restaurants in different countries.

“Engineering an Argument.” I accidentally signed up for this engineering class, but it was one of the most challenging and interesting of my four years of school.

Why did you choose the CBDP?
I knew the program would be the best option for me upon graduation from college. I was excited to learn more about Citizens and grow my banking career at the place where I had interned for two summers. I love the people I have worked with at the bank, and I believe this is a progressive and open environment for learning. I wanted to broaden my horizons and gain skills in credit analysis so I could add value to the bank.

What are one or two things about you that people may not know or expect?
I’m half Greek, and I bleed purple.

Why did you choose the CBDP?
In addition to learning the background knowledge and skills necessary to fulfill my role as a credit analyst, I also hope to use this opportunity as a way to expand my network and learn more about the banking industry as a whole. The program exposes us to so many different areas of the bank and gives us the opportunity to meet and speak with senior management. During our first few days here, we had a variety of presentations given by top senior managers, who all encouraged us to ask questions and emphasized they were excited to have us joining the bank. I thought it was remarkable that they not only took time out of their busy day to speak with us, but also stressed the value in our roles.
