Incoming CBDP associates enjoy mentorship and networking at Red Sox welcome event.
The mentor program of the CBDP is designed to challenge new associates and help them focus on career growth as well as personal development. This program allows trainees to talk candidly and in confidence about their goals, concerns, successes and challenges.
It’s just one of the many advantages of the CBDP that helps associates be set up for success and build a rewarding career in Commercial Banking.
Associates of the Commercial Banker Development Program class came together at Fenway Park to cheer on the Red Sox. The baseball game against the Toronto Blue Jays was the perfect welcome event for this incoming class of future commercial bankers.
“It was a perfect night for a game. Everyone had a great time getting to know each other and watching the Red Sox bring home a win,” comments Haley, CBDP Associate.
The Commercial Banker Development Program is a 12-month rotational program of challenging curriculum, designed to prepare associates for a successful career in Commercial Banking, with a keen focus on leadership development and career growth. One of the benefits of the CBDP is the mentoring program they offer associates to help them transition from college to a professional environment. Mentors are all former CBDP graduates.
“The Red Sox game was a great opportunity to meet some of the current CBDP members and hear their experiences with the program thus far. It was so encouraging to hear all of their positive feedback on the program and that the transition after college into this program was smooth,” adds Michelle, CBDP Associate. Following the Red Sox event, Michelle was even more excited to start the program.
