Here is what else Tony had to say in the Philadelphia Business Journal regarding his career growth as a banker.
What is your career motivation?
Moving ahead in my career has given me the opportunity to positively impact the careers and lives of many colleagues and customers. This is my career motivation and it keeps me wanting to do more every day.
What unique challenges does your generation of bankers face?
Keeping up with the rapid pace of change in the industry. Customer needs and wants look much different today than they did just 10 years ago; traditional banks and bankers must quickly adapt to provide the best technology and advice coupled with the right products and services to stay relevant and competitive.
What is your favorite place in Greater Philadelphia and why?
Citizens Bank Park, of course. There is nothing like Philly Pride, and being at the Phillies ballpark experiencing that energy and excitement is contagious. Plus, it's pretty cool to see your company name on the stadium that represents something so important to so many people.
